Wanted: In need of a 3 bdrm house as soon as possible. in Bishopdale, Canterbury For Sale

Hi there.
Our situation is changing and we are in need of a 3 bedroom house as soon as possible.
We need to give 3 wks notice where we are now from date of acceptance.
We are needing a house that has a double garage, a heatpump or logburner, a separate toilet, separate shower and plenty of storage room.
A second toilet would be ok too.
We also have a very loveable house trained cat.
We can pay between $300 and $400 p/w.
We are needing to be in the areas in or close to Redwood, Papanui, Shirley, St Albans, Mairehau or any areas close to them.
There are 4 adults and 2 of them are limited for distance to some places which is why we are rather particular about the area.
One of the adults had a stroke years ago which is why we are particular about some of the things in the house and distances to places for them.

If you can help us in any way it would be very much appreciated as we are needing to find somewhere as soon as we can.
We are all non smokers.
We would ideally like a house for at least a year (but hopefully for longer) and then see how we go from there.
